SharkDr.com is committed to making the catalog and educational content accessible to as many visitors as possible. We aspire to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all template types.

Our commitments

• Color contrast ratios of 4.5:1 or higher for body text against background, verified across all template types and color schemes.
• Keyboard navigation reaches every CTA, form field, and interactive element on every page.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Skip-to-main-content link present and visible on focus.
• Form fields with visible labels and accessible error states.
• Descriptive alt text on every image, naming the species, era, and view.
• Reading-column line length under 80 characters at all breakpoints.
• Heading hierarchy with one H1 per page and logical descent into H2 and H3.

Testing

We test the site with axe DevTools, with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and with NVDA on Windows. We retest after substantive theme changes. We aim for zero critical accessibility issues at all times.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter an accessibility issue on the site, write to hello@sharkdr.com with a description of the issue, the page or product where it occurred, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We respond to accessibility reports within one business day and prioritize fixes that affect critical paths (homepage, collection pages, product pages, checkout).
